How discreet can you be?

If you require a level of discretion with our treatment, please inform us on your booking. We can have our technician park away from the property or use a van that is generic and without markings.
Do I have to be home when my property is treated?

Someone will need to be present on your property to sign the paperwork confirming our technician has carried out the treatment. You may be required to leave your property for a set amount of time for treatment involving certain pesticides, however we will inform you of this prior to the booking.
Do I need to pay for the treatment in advance?

Payment is taken in advance of any treatment carried out.
How safe are the treatments?

Prior to any treatment being carried out, we will send you an information leaflet that outlines safety advice. We will also ask you whether your property contains pets, children or people with pre-existing health conditions. Once the treatment has been completed our technician will make you aware of the treatment location.
