  • STEP 1 - HIGH TOUCH SURFACE WIPING

    High-touch surfaces are surfaces that are handled frequently throughout the day by numerous people. Every premises is a little different, so the surfaces we touch the most will vary depending on habits and routines. We will identify the high touch areas within your home or business and disinfect these areas initially. Examples of high touch areas include, door handles,  light switches, entrance areas, reception areas and computer keyboards

  • STEP 2 - ULV DISINFECTING

    ULV disinfecting operatives through a specially designed unit, which generates an airborne mist of droplets. These droplets diffuse through the treated area and settle out onto surfaces, meaning that the material used will be active both as a space spray and surface spray. The treatment directly targets problem areas, which will destroy and kill 99.9% of harmful airborne and surface bacteria and infectious organisms.

  • STEP 3 - ATP MONITORING

    The ATP test is a process of rapidly measuring actively growing microorganisms through detection of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) . ATP monitoring system offers consistent, reliable results and documents cleanliness levels of your facility, and spot trends for people, areas and equipment. Data of our disinfected areas will be provided to the client.

  • How long does the treatment last?

    It depends on the current hygiene protocols you have in place. We can advise on gaps in your process with ATP testing and provide you with a comprehensive analysis to help you close those gaps.

  • Will I need to close the office?

    We recommend that the treatment is carried out outside of work hours with a 4 hour cool off period to ensure that the airborne disinfectant has settled. 

  • Will the fogging damage paperwork and electrical equipment?

    We have safe working practices that ensure that no damage will come to your office equipment. Please speak to a member of the team to discuss your requirements. 

  • Will the fogging equipment set off the fire alarms?

    There is a potential that our ULV treatment could set off a sensitive fire alarm. To minimise disruption and to ensure the safety of our team we will ask you to disable the fire alarm in the areas that we will be working in.

  • Will I still need my routine cleaners?

    Yes, this service is designed to add additional protection and peace of mind to your staff and customers. We recommend that this service coincides with your current hygiene protocols for the best results.
